This 5-night sailing along the Danube will begin in Vienna and ends in Budapest just in time for the ASTA River Cruise Expo. Cabin rates range from $2,164 to $4,011 per person based on double occupancy. Single rates will also be available. No guests are allowed on this trip.

Group Travel Symposium FAQ’s:
Q: May I bring a guest with me?
A: We want to ensure everyone is completely immersed in the learning, networking and training sessions, therefore guests are not permitted on this trip.
Q: Do I need travel insurance?
A: Travel insurance is strongly recommended, and you are responsible for purchasing your own insurance.
Q: Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?
A: We will follow the COVID policies of the destination and resort including vaccination requirements, if any.
Q: Do I need to be enrolled in a TBU program in order to attend?
A: Yes, you must be a member of Travel Business University (Travel MBA or Accelerate) both at the time of booking AND time of travel. If you withdraw from Travel Business University prior to travel, your registration will be canceled
Q: What is due at the time of booking?
A: Payment is due at the time of booking. There are two options of payment, pay in full or as a 6-month payment plan (includes finance charges).
Q: What are the ports this cruise visits?
A: The itinerary for this sailing has not yet been finalized. We will sail from Vienna and end in Budapest, but we have not yet finalized the ports we will visit along the way. You will be able to take advantage of visiting the towns and villages we visit during the cruise.

Cancellation Policy
Before October 1, 2022: $500 cancellation fee
October 1, 2022 – November 30, 2022: 25% of total booking
December 1, 2022 – January 12, 2022: 50% of total booking
January 13 – travel date: 100% of total booking
Q: What is included in the final pricing?
A: Prices listed are per person based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified. Rates include cruise fare, port charges, and gratuities as well as:
- Gourmet meals onboard
- Complimentary red and white wine, beer or sodas with lunch and dinner
- Free coffee, tea, ice-water, and ice-tea are provided with meals. Cappuccino and espresso can be requested free of charge during all meals. Coffee and tea will be available during the day; complimentary sip ail menu “happy hour” five evenings before dinner
- Captain’s welcome and farewell champagne receptions (two evenings)
- Bottled water is provided free of charge in each cabin, fluffy bathrobes and slippers are provided free of charge in each cabin
- Use of swimming pool on the Sun Deck and Fitness equipment inside free of charge.
- Use of bicycles and helmets onboard free of charge
- Daily shore excursions including the use of Quiet Vox audio system
- Complimentary use of internet – subject to availability
