Day 1
May 30
ARRIVAL IN PANAMA
Transfer from Toucmen Intl Airport - Arrival to The Santa Maria Golf Resort (30mins)
Casco Viejo Sunset Tour - Set back in time as you stroll through this 337-year-old neighborhood under the warm golden glow of the fading sun admiring the lovely colonial houses, the narrow roads and the impressive churches.

Day 2

PANAMA
Gatun Lake Boat Tour - You will motor along the forested banks of Gatun Lake, a protected area. Look for wildlife such as capuchin monkeys, 3-toed sloth, howler monkeys, various kinds of toucans, and other birdlife.
Portobelo Tour - This Caribbean fishing village is so laid-back and languorous, it is incredible to ponder that it was once the greatest Spanish port in Central America.
Lunch at El Otro Lado
Congo Dance Class - We have organized a Congo dance workshop to learn about this Afro-Caribbean rhythm and appreciate its dresses.

Day 3
June 1
PANAMA
Panama Canal Railway - After breakfast, you will undertake a train trip on the historical and original railway course from Panama City to Colón, through the jungle and along the Panama Canal.
Agua Clara Locks Backstage - After the beautiful trip on the railway, you will continue from Colón to the impressive Agua Clara Visitor Center located on the Atlantic side of the Panama Canal.
Embera Indian Village with lunch included - You will step into small boats, which will carry you up the Gatún River. A fascinating and dense jungle will accompany you on your boat trip until you arrive at Embera Quera, one of seven indigenous tribes in Panama. The people of this tribe will welcome you at the pier and gladly give you an idea of how they still live today. The village chief will give you a brief explanation of their history, traditions, cultures, beliefs, and handicrafts. Then, a traditional lunch of fish and plantains prepared by the Embera women will be served to you. In the afternoon you will experience a traditional dance and have the opportunity to shop for handicrafts.

FLIGHT TO DAVID
Transfer - From Airbrook Airport for a domestic flight to David, located in Chiriqui. Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred by road to Boquete.
Coffee Tour, Tasting and Lunch at The Hacienda - After your arrival to Boquete, you will experience a Coffee Tour & Tasting with the Board of Tourism of Chiriqui.

FLIGHT TO ISLAS SECAS
Transfer - After breakfast, we will take you to David where the group will be divided in two groups for the flight to Islas Secas.
Lunch at Islas Secas - After lunch, the afternoon will be at leisure to enjoy the property and to enjoy complimentary massages at the Spa.

ISLAS SECAS
Yoga and/or Hike - You can enjoy a yoga session with pop-up classes held in peaceful spots across the resort, guests can choose to continue their practice at the poolside, on a floating ocean platform, on the beachfront or in the hummingbird garden. If you rather not do yoga, you can also enjoy a hike.
Water Sports at Islas Secas - The 20 miles between Islas Secas and the coast of Panama leave lots of room to roam and play in the breathtaking waters of the Gulf of Chiriquí. We think of it as our marine playground, perfect for watersports of all kinds, including snorkeling, stand- up paddle boarding, kayaking, boat tours, e-foiling, surfing and irresistible sea bobbing.

ISLAS SECAS
Yoga and/or Hike - On this day you can also enjoy yoga and hike followed by breakfast.
BBQ and watersport at Private Island in the Archipielago - After breakfast, you will take a boat which is a great way to see all the islands in the Archipielago. Ferry around the islands, see the many bays and caves and then arrive at a private beach where you will enjoy a BBQ.
Afternoon Cruising and Whale Watching - After enjoying the BBQ at the private beach you will head back to the boat for an afternoon whale watching.

DEPARTURE
Departure Transfer to Tocumen Airport - Today there will be two private flights from Islas Secas to Tocumen International Airport. The flights will be at 8 am and at mid-day, arriving at Tocumen at 9 am and at 1 pm accordingly.
